1. Use of the service

[PLACEHOLDER] By using InsightGEO you agree to these terms. The service is provided to authorized representatives of the brands they audit.

2. Audits + monitoring

[PLACEHOLDER] InsightGEO queries third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) on your behalf using the prompts you configure. We do not guarantee specific outcomes; AI assistants are non-deterministic.

3. Acceptable use

[PLACEHOLDER] You agree not to use InsightGEO to scrape or impersonate third parties, to run prompts that violate the terms of any LLM provider we route through, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Fees + billing

[PLACEHOLDER] V1 trials are complimentary. Paid plans bill monthly per tier; upgrade/downgrade takes effect at the next cycle.

5. Termination

[PLACEHOLDER] Either party may terminate at any time on 30 days notice. Your data is exportable on request and deleted per the privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer + liability

[PLACEHOLDER] InsightGEO is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms
